Ribs. Another economical cut of meat that is so so good. And these ribs are organic of course. I make them the same way as my dad, and I think its the best way:) Here’s what you do:
First, make a spice rub and marinate for about 24 hours. You can choose your favourite mix, but I used something similar to this: Mustard powder, paprika, brown sugar, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Here’s your ribs before:

Once you give the ribs a good rub down, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. When you’re ready to cook them, place in a roasting pan with some water or stock, cover and cook on 150C for about 4 hours. After 2 hours just check them every hour, they should easily pull apart but not completely falling apart.
To finish them, take some of your homemade barbecue sauce and spoon or brush over the ribs. Remove the foil and turn the oven up to about 200C (or turn on the BBQ). Baste the ribs with sauce every few minutes until they are sticky and delicious! Serve with your favourite sides….
